1. Total number of guests will not exceed 250. Uninvited guests will not be permitted to enter. A guest list will be required.
   
   
2. A certificate of insurance for the event day will be required and will name Reno Baldwin and Great Northern Whitewater Resort as additional insured. This can be obtained through your homeowner’s insurance policy or Fireman’s Fund (800-ENGAGED) and Wedsafe.com
   
   
3. Great Northern Whitewater Resort must approve disc jockeys. Compliance with noise ordinances will be strictly enforced.
   
   
4. All music will cease at 10:00 p.m. and the site will be cleaned up by 11p.m.
   
   
5. All alcohol will be contained and cease to be served 1 hour prior to close of event.
   
   
6. Forty-five days prior to the event the balance will be paid in full.
   
   
7. The site will be restored back to the condition in which it was presented with all trash placed in containers, tables cleared, and any decorations removed.
   
   
8. Arrangement for delivery and pickup of any rental equipment will be made ahead of time so as not to conflict with other events. Great Northern Whitewater Resort will assume no responsibility for damage for any equipment left on the premises.
   
   
9. Failure to adhere to any of these conditions will result in cancellation of the event and forfeiture any deposit.
