You make the arrangements and we’ll take it from there! The week before your wedding, our experienced wedding coordinator will confirm the arrangements you’ve made with vendors, compose a timeline for your wedding day, diagram the tent layout, oversee deliveries, set up the entire ceremony and reception according to your plans, stay behind after the reception to clear the site per venue policy… and in general, let you enjoy your party! FULL EVENT DESIGN AND COORDINATION

If you’d rather not get bogged down in the details, our coordinator will work with you to design a fabulous wedding that reflects your individual style and flair. We’ll talk about what you like, what you don’t like and what you can’t live without. Then we’ll enlist our team of first-class vendors to put the details together—including catering, flowers, music, décor, photography and more—all while staying within your budget. This package is especially popular with out-of-town brides and destination weddings, and includes day-of coordination, full set up, strike and clean up. REHEARSAL DINNER COORDINATION

Let us plan your rehearsal dinner—either a real barbeque on the Great Northern lawn, a plated meal at a local historic chalet, or al fresco dining on the river.
A LA CARTE OPTIONS
We can consult on, design and assemble save-the-date cards, invitations, favors, seating cards, guest room gift bags, and more. We can also provide hand-lettering services for invitations (see our logo!).
A COMPLETE WEEKEND-LONG CELEBRATION
For a destination wedding, we would love to coordinate an itinerary to entertain you and your guests.
